For dinner last night had a smidge of spaghetti, and a bowl of broccoli and cauliflower with a little cheese sauce. I ate a half a Reeces tree afterward, but not all the chocolate that came on it. Today I've had a ton of coffee, banana, lunch was blueberries with a little go-lean crunch and a yogurt. I also had a clementine- yum. This afternoon I have eaten another banana & am going to Karla's step class and I'm going to try to get there early to do some weights.
I don't feel hungry necessarily, I'm tired and don't really feel like going to the gym. But I know I'll regret it if I don't go. And Karla's teaching, so it will be good. And help work off the DOUBLE helping of serious mac-n-cheese that I had on Thanksgiving at Carolyn's. Yowza.

Woke up either feeling sick to my stomach or hungry- I can't tell anymore. I have completely lost touch with my body. I do have a headache. Coffee is brewing. Today we are having lunch at the Fowler's and I'm am sure it will be delicious, but fat laden and horribly calorie filled. Not a great start for my new start.I have to get back to a place of does it taste good and am I hungry? I made chocolate chip cookies for Sean last night and I ate three of them -at least- and I didn't even like them, way too much chocolate, they were not good. And yet, I ate another, and another.
